What we collect and why

When you send a contact form, a quote request or a BOM, we receive the details you enter (name, company, e-mail, country, phone if given, your message) and any files you attach (for example Gerber files or a BOM). We use them only to answer your enquiry and to prepare a quotation. The legal basis is your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

The details are stored in the website database and sent by e-mail to our sales team. Files are stored in a protected area that is not publicly accessible.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting order, and as required by tax and commercial law.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your data, object to its use and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to market@zirconnpcb.com. You may also complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
